We at familytreemakesupport.com receive Refund Policy requests from our clients under certain terms and conditions. Read our terms and conditions before you utilize our services.
You must request a Refund Policy for any subscription within 30 days of purchasing the Family Tree Maker subscription. Initially, it will take us 7-10 working days to process your refund request from the date of your request.
THESE FEES WILL BE APPLIED WHEN PROCESSING REFUNDS:
Second, you may ask for a Refund Policy within 24 hours of purchase. There will be no cancellation fee. If we have already worked on your case and solved your problems, then a one-time service fee will be charged.
If you buy the software, we will not offer you a refund of the installed software you bought. We do not sell licenses for software to third parties. So, consider this rule prior to buying any software.
You may request cancellation within 15 business days from purchase date of the services. You will forfeit 50% of your invoice amount as cancellation charges.
The difference is then returned to the card or bank account from which the purchase was made.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND -Refund Policy?
Refunds are processed only after we receive a refund or cancellation request via email. The refund request should be sent from the email address we have in our records, or we will cancel it. Send refund requests via your registered email to support@familytreemakesupport.com. But users can also call our toll-free number to request refunds. We do not process refunds via chat.
REASONS WHY YOUR REFUND REQUESTS WILL BE CANCELLED:
If you have installed a licensed version of the software on your laptop/desktop (PC), you are requesting a refund of your money you spent to buy the license.
You have utilized our technical support services two or more times.
If our clients request a refund from an email that we do not have in our database.
If you wish to receive a refund to a payment card or bank account that you did not use to purchase the subscription.
Because familytreemakesupport.com offers services that are intangible and non-refundable, we do not refund after the order is finished and the service is rendered or done. Carefully read our terms and conditions of our services before you make any purchase.
Please understand that our professional services, being provided on behalf of our esteemed partners, are chargebackable and non-refundable. Therefore, services and packages, as well as buying any software, are “NOT” a matter of CHARGEBACK.
WE “DO” ACCEPT REQUESTS UNDER THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
Download and unzipping problems. In the event that you are having trouble downloading the product or unarchiving it, please inform our Technical Support personnel. If, within this window of time, you do not contact us or respond to communications from us, we will deems you as having successfully downloaded the product, and you would not be reimbursed for a “download problem.”
Note: If you are not assisted in downloading or unzipping within 3 business days, you may not be refunded.
MAJOR DEFECTS:
All products are tested rigorously prior to release, but in certain instances, mistakes may arise unexpectedly. Any fault should be brought to the attention of our Technical Support Team for approval. We reserve the right to correct the error or fault within 72 hours.
If any shortage is authorized and we are unable to rectify it within 72 hours from the receipt of the first complaint. A letter or any other notice given by a customer requesting a refund, then a refund will be made to the customer in totality without any compensation or repayments.
OR
Replacement of the same or almost the same value of the product at the customer’s discretion can be provided.
Note: Our engineers will request temporary access to your computer where the software is running. This is so that we can locate and repair any issues with our software. If you do not give us this access in a reasonable time, it will take longer to repair the issue. If you are not able to give us access to your computer, you cannot request a refund.
PRODUCT NOT-AS-DESCRIBED:
You will be obligated to inform our Technical Support Department in case of any problems within 7 business days after the purchasing date. Ensure you have evidence that the item you purchased differs from the site description. Upon false complaints being made, you will be put in court by us.
Construction Sites and Applications: We don’t refund once we have provided web and application development services. NOTE: We are not responsible, therefore we do not accept any request for exchange, return, and refund if our products or services are not compatible with certain third-party software (e.g., add-ons, plug-ins, extensions, modules, scripts, search engines, etc.). Except for those that are specifically defined as being compatible in a product page description. We do not provide any warranty that our services are completely compatible with any third-party software. All our web-related services are subject to respective policies.
